Repeat Prescriptions

If you are taking regular medication, your doctor will usually issue you with a computerised repeat prescription slip. This should be brought to the surgery or sent with a self addressed envelope,

Alternatively you can register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.

We cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.

Allow 72 hours for the prescription to be issued. Identification is required to collect prescriptions on behalf of others.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
