Welcome to Gade Surgery
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Online services allow you to access a range of services via your mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which increasing numbers of patients are finding more convenient and saves them time. Please click here for more information on the NHS App, including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
GP Training Practice
We are committed to the future of General Practice and the training of our junior colleagues. The practice trains junior doctors wishing to becoming GPs. GP Registrars are fully qualified doctors who have spent time working in the hospital setting. They work mainly independently under supervision and guidance.
We are a recognised training practice for Imperial Medical School. The practice teaches and trains the undergraduate trainees for their future careers. There are signs posted in reception and on consultation doors when medical students are present. If you do not wish a medical student to be present during a consultation please let reception know.
